Gize Pvt.Ltd.Co. is owned by two partners with the CEO Gizeshwork Tessema. Gizeshwork Tessema has previously worked for a British Trading Company as a Sales Representative for about 5 years.

After returning to Ethiopia, Ms. Gizeshwork established her own business representing various international companies . In particular she represented a major Iranian company supplying Bitumen(an asphalt product in road construction) in Ethiopia and the rest of East Africa. Ms. Gizeshwork helped secure several major contracts in Ethiopia and Djibouti . In addition, highlights of Ms Gizeshwork's previous business activities include the following:

Supplied fleets of automobiles to the Government & various NGO's and Supplied various construction materials and construction equipment rentals for International road contractors generating revenues in excess.

As an event organizer, worked in partnership with the Addis Ababa Chamber of commerce soliciting potential sponsors and worked in partnership with UNECA to coordinate and solicit sponsors for the African Development Forum ( ADF II)
